Cancellation Policy
We charge a 40% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 40% of the service scheduled. Refund Policy
*Please note that we do not issue refunds for any services. The Lash House Tx takes pride in our services; however, if for some reason, we miss the mark of excellence in our service PLEASE notify us within 24 hours of your service(s). You will have 3 days to come back for a correction.
